The social rhythm component of this treatment acts by introducing as much regularity as possible into the timing of everyday activities.
What does it treat?
Two, well-conducted studies found that IPSRT reduced relapse and improved occupational functioning in individuals with bipolar disorder, type 1. [46, 47]
